Baking trays are made from stainless steel or aluminum alloy sheet and then polishing treated. The mesh hole size and thickness of the stainless steel sheet are customized as per requirement. We can also add non-stick coating on the metal surface to prevent adhesion during baking. In order to increase the air permeability, we also can customize all kinds of punching tray plates and screen plates for users.
The conventional thickness is 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, etc. Usually, the material is stainless steel 304 or aluminum alloy, which is food grade. Carbon steel, 316 stainless steel, or iron coated with painting is also available for special applications.
Baking Trolley: The tray is usually used together with baking trolleys. Standard sizes include 15, 16, 20, and 32 layers. Customized versions are available upon request.
