QCan you provide some samples?
We can provide free samples for your evaluation. However, a sample fee and shipping cost will be charged initially. These fees will be refunded after you place an order.
QHow do we ensure quality?
Pre-production samples are always provided before mass production; final inspections are always conducted before shipment. And the defect rate is lower than 0.2%.
QWhat certificates can you provide?
For different products and markets, we provide various certifications, such as: CE, CB, SAA, EMC, SASO, etc.
QWhat are your warranty terms?
We provide a 1-year warranty for the complete set and a 3-year warranty for major components. Sufficient spare parts for vulnerable components are included upon delivery.
