Q1: What is the lead time?
A: Sample: 3-5 days; small quantity: 15-20 days; large order: 20-25 days; according to quantity.
Q2: Is it all right to make customers' own brand name?
A: That's all right to make your own brand name.
Q3: Is it available for samples?
A: Yes, of course. Sample is free, and you may pay freight cost. That would be reasonable.
Q4: Is there a middle man draining your profit?
A: Get rid of them, it's information age. Factory Directly Supply, Provide good price, high-quality, quick-delivery, best quality service.
Q5: How to place an order?
- Sample approval.
- Client makes 50% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
- Client approves our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary.
- Mass Production.
- Arrange shipment.
- Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.
- Client effect balance payment.
- Supplier sends original documents or telex release the good.
Q6: Do you accept customers' own design?
We have OEM and ODM service, welcome customers own design and we have a professional team having much experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas (the logo, text and how they need to look like), we will draw the finished files for your confirmation.
